Return Policy:
Please be sure of your purchase selection before placing your order!
- Any item (non-special order) can be returned within 30 days for merchandise credit, less a 30% restocking fee ($20 minimum) plus all incurred shipping charges.
- Items cannot be returned more than 30 days after date of purchase.
- Special order items are non-refundable.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- In order to ensure proper credit, all returns must be accompanied by a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) form.
- To obtain an RGA form and to receive instructions as to where to send your return, please contact our customer service department by phone at 888-862-9757 or by email at service@furniture-online.com.
Shipping Policy:
MedicalFurniture-Online strives to save money for our customers with not only affordable, high-quality merchandise, but low priced shipping charges as well. Most of our manufacturers provide us with aggressively discounted shipping and freight rates. We do not profit from our shipping charges, we simply pass through shipping all charges at our cost. Some of our manufacturers offer FREE shipping^ with a minimum order amount.
- We ship by Common Carrier, UPS or FedEx Ground. We CANNOT ship C.O.D.
- Normal shipping is to a place of BUSINESS, not a RESIDENCE.
- Common Carrier freight assumes dock-to-dock delivery. If you do not have a freight dock at your location, you may require one or more of the extra freight services listed below.
- Residential deliveries via Common Carrier require extra freight service charges. If you can, please use a business address.
- Please call or email us if you have any questions regarding shipping charges or believe that our system has miscalculated your shipping charges.
- Please call or email us for shipping charges outside the 48 contiguous states.
- Common Carrier lead-time 2 to 7 working days depending on your location.
- FedEx or UPS lead-time 2 to 5 working days depending on your location.
